Weekend Plans!!!

Early because of the Long Weekend!!

Its time - fish will be feeding! They will be out there!

I want to get out at least twice and won't let wifey working get in the way (hey, somebody needs to work I guess).

So what's up for the weekend?

Good luck to those down in FL with Frances coming on strong...

Saturday AM going to try to get out and fish. Saturday later wife is working so I got the Rugrats. May take them to the movies.

Sunday Firing up the smoker and making some kick-a$$ Pulled Pork for a cookout later in the day. Also have a Softball game.

Monday is up in the air

Well . . . . . . . . so much for my Florida trip.

I was planning on going to Florida for the week, but I don't think that is going to happen. Better to be safe then sorry. I hope the poor people in Florida don't get beat up too bad.

I've been working on a replacement vacation all morning. Right now, it looks like MEXICO! Found a good deal on an all-inclusive, fishing won't be as good though.

Anybody got a house in RI, the cape or Islands for rent???

Very big weekend for me

Turnin the big 30 tomorrow. Heading to the Cape where I am also going to propose to my girlfriend. I might hook the ring to a snap swivel and cast it out. Then tell her my arm is cramped and have her reel in. After she says yes I am ditching her to catch a 30 on my 30. Well, that is what she is signing up for.

Make sure its a nice Sandy Beach.....you'd hate to be swimming out to unhook a snag.

Same smoker/pulled pork menu as The Dad Fisherman except for some inlaws on Saturday (start brining tonight). Sunday or Monday maybe see if I can't find a place along the NJ shoreline to take the family to try out a few crab traps I pulled out of someone's garbage, hopefully with nearby surf rod access as well. At some point hide the keys and drink to excess to forget this crappy week.
RM that's not the plan you told me. But it will work! Good luck.

Go to our camper on the Cape again, then Sat. I will finally get out with my best friend on his 37' Egg. Hopefully we can liveline some scup, it might be a waste of time since we won't be leaving the dock till after 9 am
I guess I'll just bring a bathing suit along with my gear

Maybe I'll get my dad out on a beach this weekend too, we shall see.

I hope to use my boat on Big Cliff pond with the family one day also.

I hope that storm goes out to sea.

I am going to visit my accpucnturist (sp?) and have him to fix my femur and my joint and liagament tmw. they have been popping since I returned to Muay Thai. And I am going to get a double whammies beating this Saturday in the sparring class (Muay Thai) and go to CC for my family's party. I hope to see my cousin, Alan there so I can train him till he vomits. And as for Sunday, I have no plan, but hoping to go fishing. I need a therapy since my recent estrangement.

One morning I will be found - trying to get the balls to leave ScitHarbor on my toy boat. If it looks at all choppy I will be walking the shoreline instead from lighthouse all the way to minot!!

Only way my little boat will go past the point is if the seas are like glass and viz is 5 miles!!

I do NOT want to be a statistic. I need a bigger boat and some partners. Like we teach to the boyscouts:: 2 in a boat and 2 boats at a time.

Hell, I might just head up the NorthRiver and fish off the spit instead - staying well away from the mouth!

All I been catchin is skunk since spring gettin tired of that stench!

Got to get the smoker back from the inlaws - its been there for near to a month and I miss it!! I will be a homebody Monday so maybe some pulled pork and a first attempt at some pluggage!!

There is a fine line that seperates a fisherman from a fool standing in water swinging a stick.

will cook for food

find a load of sharks teeth

go to the reptile farm (alligator adventure) today

and just generally chill untill the waters calm so i can go on my trip...

plenty to do in Myrtle Beach... specially with hardly anyone here because of the storm scare
