Classic Quote
While I was down the Cape this fall, fishing with Bigfish, Slingah, and others, I kept thinking of a quote by Teddy Roosevelt that I thought really applied to the entire "Surf" fish or nothing- cult of dedicated beach pounders. I'm sure you'll all agree..
"This is why"
..Far better is to dare mighty things
To win glorious triumphs, even though checkered with failure
Than to take ranks with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much,
nor suffer much
Because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory, nor defeat.
