I am going to be out there hopefully on sunday. I have not fished rhody in quite some time so it will be nice to see what the ocean state has to offer. Hopefully it will be a good day and I can hook up one last time before the season ends for me.
Anyone want to offer me any advice? I'll trade you my rock on the canal for a day

Stick to the dark hours and fish the estuaries. All small fish on the front. The last of the big girls are hiding is back on the drop.

I fished like a madmad this spring, so i can feel good about hanging up the rods early this year. I know where I can go to find a moose or 4 now till christmas, but Its not gonnna happen like last year. I still might make an occasional red-eye trip to a spot or two at midnight, but thats about it. You can have all the schoolies, as I cant justify hurting those little buggers for my entertainment.
have fun guys and catch some for me

I once caught a blue fish that weighed 23 pounds after gutting on the last saturday in november. Big stripers get caught into Dec although it does get painfully cold at night!
