architects & GC in central MA - suggestions?

This may be a long shot, but I am in search of a reliable and affordable architect in Central MA area.

Next step would be locating a reliable general contractor to do the work. I know who NOT to use! I'm open to suggestions for this as well.

Ideal situation would be they would finish when promised (w/out lame excuses for delays) and complete the job w/out me having to file complaint w/ BBB and contact an attourney.

We need more room and need to explore some options ( ie - add on a 2nd floor, or bump the house out a bit).

I figured you guys must know enough people that some one could help me out.

Please e-mail me @ the_maddog_2020@yahoo.com

Thanks!

Ray, you just want to add a second story to house all that gear you've got hanging around.

Tax it and use the proceeds from it to pay for universal health care. It cost me 186 bucks for a friggin tetnus shot after i got a 5/0 crammed in my hand. It would be nice but i cant see it happening anytime soon. The least they could do would be to de-criminalize it, make it a ticketable offence. They still could use the proceeds from that to pay for health care, im sure they would be handing out tickets like it goin outta style.

Everything is better on the rocks.

Yeah, I'm tired of sleeping on the recliner and need my own bed room. Contrary to what ya folks think - we need a bigger kitchen and don't have a guest room.

Converting the basement into a room is out of the question - it is cluttered w/ my stuff.

I'm sloooooooowly getting rid of my excess stuff (trade off lots of woodworking misc items so far this yr, gave away gear to RISAA youth program and so forth).

I have had a couple folks e-mail me so far. No one here is an architect?

I'm not an architect but I have drawn up plans before. I took engineering in college and was a draftsman for 2 years.

I don't know if there are any architects on the board here.

If you need a kitchen I can help you.
