Weekend Plans!!!

Getting to be fewer and fewer opportunities to fish and fewer people fishing them. But there are still some fish around. So what's up for the weekend?

Hoping to wet a line but it does not seem likely - hey Clammer, want to fish up north?

Take care of some of the stuff I have put off for the past 4 months cause I was too busy fishin, like spend time with the woman, eat, sleep.
Gonna help the little brother pound nails on his house and do some work on my condo-on-wheels like oil change, vacuum, shampoo. Should probably just burn it....After I take all the gear out of it first.
Still soooo tempted to take a quick ride south for one last shot.

Saturday - Cut down a Christmas tree and go shopping with the wife.

Sunday - Finish the bathroom... who would have thought that the smallest room would cost so much and take so long

tomorrow [family Tree day]] take the 15 passanger van .load it with ALL the family /extended ,kids, grandkids, spouces, put Christmac music in the player // hookup the boat trailer to the van & then the whole crew goes to COnn ,. to shop, argue , descide on 3,4 Christmas trees // stop at the Christmas Tree House =sooooooooooooo they can spend some money on overpriced items that they can get anywhere else cheaper/// then go each others homes setting up each others trees ///////////
to me it doesn,t get any better //Christmas is for Jesus & the kids ///////////

Sounds like a good weekend, Clamma - the best for you and yours over the holidays!

I'll be helping Mrs Crafty put up the Christmas decorations Saturday AM (after lugging a dozen tubs out of the basement) and probably take a cruise for a tree later on....

Framing Saturday afternoon, Sunday...I dunno...I want to call Basswipe for some of that cypress -

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
