That was a friend of mine, Captain Eric Wilder. Great guy, and a great fisherman. I wish I had caught more than just the last 5 minutes of the episode. Still pretty cool to see, though.

Hay T, looks as if Eric had some nice things to say about you on his web site back in May 2004.

Fishing has really slowed. The Water in the Ct river has dropped significantly. The water temp was as high as 68 degrees. The good top water action along with every other type of action has been very spotty. We did manage on decent fish. But slow fishing is nothing compared to losing your car in the river. The pic below was taken at the Bissel Bridge on Sat. "CCA Tournament- The team of Toby Lapinski and Chris Wahl won the team competition. They averaged almost 39" per fish registered. Great job guys (all from shore!!!)"
