superbowl trivia question
My work is giving a free day off to the person who gets the most superbowl trivia questions correct. I have all of them except for one that I was hoping you guys could help me out with.
"10 teams made it back to the super bowl after winning it the year before. Of those 10 only 3 didn't repeat. Who are they"
I believe one team is the packers who beat us but then lost to Denver the next year. Anyone know the other 2 for sure?

Saying the Redskins lost to the Raiders in super bowl 18 is an understatement!!!
That year, the Redskins had the highest scoring offense ever.
But NOT that day!!!
It should have been 38-3, but the Raiders gave them a late touchdown at Junk time!!!
OH , I miss those days!!!

Yes, the third is Green Bay
They won against us (damn Desmond Howard) in 1997
then lost in 98 to Denver

Hey thanks a lot guys, I appreciate it. I should hopefully be winning the day now for sure.
Can anyone name the only quarterback to start in the super bowl on 2 different teams? Or how about the only player to play in the superbowl in 3 different decades?
oops, wrong button sorry

My guess on the first is Craig Morton--SB 5 for the Cowboys and a bunch for the Broncos.
Jerry Rice on the second--80s and 90s for the Niners and 2003 for the Raiders.

Mike, you are correct on Craig Morton. I believe the answer to the other one is Gene Upshaw but Jerry Rice seems to be correct as well. did he definately go in the 80's?

He was MVP of Super Bowl XXIII in 1988.
He caught 3 TD passes from Steve Young in SB XXIX in 1995.
He caught a 48 yd TD pass from Rich Gannon in 2003.
