Lexan Tubing?

Off topic since it has nothing to do with plug building but I figured someone here may know, are there any good sources for lexan, or comparable plastic, tubing in MA or is the internet by best bet. I'm trying to come up with a good storage system for plugs and gear and one of my ideas requires this tubing. Thanks for any feedback.

have you tried the plastic tubing that is used for light bulb protectors ?
or the tubes used in shop vacuum systems ?
mcmaster carr has acrylic tubing that would work but it runs about $10 a foot.

Go on e-bay under "vinyl tubing" there is a guy named sgcool that sells all types of tubing listed under hook prtector tubing and he sells it under "buy now". 50 feet costs about $5.00 bucks.

Almost time to get our fish on!!!
