200 lb. plus Tarpon
I posted a photo of gigantic tarpon off the coast of Africa a few weeks ago. I ran into another article on the location and had to post this photo of another tarpon of 200 lbs. This size fish is the average size they get . They say that you stand a much better chance of finding fish this size then the smaller 100 lb. fish. Notice tackle no fly rod here. P.M.

Cool web site. This place looks like it would be a great vacation. I'm saving to go next year!!! Pretty reasonable prices too (I think).

Depends on whether you're starving to death or not
Let me put it this way---false albacore are considered more edible.

I have heard from a few Sushi chefs that false albacore makes great sashimi... it goes to mush when you cook it.
