freeballin Registered User iTrader: (0) Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: NJ Posts: 113	New England Groundfish Closure Takes Effect April 1 Effective April 1, 2005, NOAA Fisheries Service will close the Eastern U.S./Canada Area to groundfish DAS vessels and prohibit all vessels from harvesting, possessing, or landing Yellowtail Flounder from the U.S./Canada Management Area.
