Striperhound Registered User iTrader: (1) Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Saratoga Springs NY Posts: 639	paint question I primed some plugs this weekend with Rustoleum Painters Touch Sandable Primer. Let dry for 24 hours then light sand and dusted off with tee-shirt. Today I Painted in light coats of Rustoleum Metalic Finish. The Primer started to bubble up like when you put paint stripper on old paint. What do you think caused this. I did one needle and it came out fine. The next needle it bubbled up? Thanks
