DANG DOGFISH

Saturday was one of the greatest fishing days, except for those damn dogfish!!!Headed out towards race point at 8:15 (saw uff-da heading into Onset as I was leaving) A little fogged in in the bay so we stopped and jigged up a couple hundred macks about half way across,I livelinned a few while we jigged because you could tell something was below them!( Enter Spinny dogfish) I don't mind hooking a few out cod fishing, but to see the dang things mowing striper bait with abandon?I just read a few articles describing these things as endangered, are these people serious? With the lack of herring in the runs, and these crooks stealing all the macks what's the poor stripers going to eat? ( Did hook up with some stripers, sea robbins, sea bass,& lots of good fun!!!.hit Billingsgate, Race Point, Mashnee Flats.)

Make it idiot proof, and someone will make a better idiot.
