Cam Neeley
looks like cam neeley will be elected to the hockey hall of fame today- he's a lock. this was the prototypical big power forward. true bruin- tough as nails and a lot of heart. way to go cam!

When you say "NHL power forward" Cam Neeley is who comes to mind. Physical with the body, he could fight, had a great shot and had pretty soft hands for a big guy. He took a lot of sh*t out there from some of the goons and grinders on a lot of the teams. Dale Hunter, Claude Lemieux etc... were sent out to agitate Neeley on every shift. He used to get slashed, hacked and tied up. It was funny though when Neeley finally lost it on the ice. Remember when he rag-dolled Claude Lemieux and just started pounding him while Lemieux just covered his head and took the beating.... I guess I do miss the NHL.

i remember one of his first games as a bruin. against buffalo, lindsey ruff and neeley went at it and ruff got in a good one and knocked cam down. soon after cam went after ruff and went ballistic on him- broken nose and a bloody mess, cam had to be pulled off. don't ever remember ruff going near him again.

He was awesome to watch fight, pull and punch, he'd pull the guy in by with his right hand, and punch him with his left. Cam is the man.
