6/15 canal rpt

hit the west end blues every where great top water action with poppers and getting them under the water with tins lots of racer blues.i had my spot pritty much to myself caught about a dozen blues. saw a blue come right out of the water and slam by pencil popper it reminded me why i love fishing so much

todays schoolie is tomorrows keeper,todays keeper is tomorrows cow,practice catch and release!!!.

i was there on sunday with my dad and the stripers were on top big time. nothing large but i got my dad into fish in bout 5 minutes. first striper for him in a long time, and the first we caught together from shore. fathers day came early this year.

Everything is better on the rocks.

I just went there today and nada. I left and hit on the southside. got one blues and lost my spookster to a lobster trap buoy on the beach!!! also mung is in thick!

it was around dusk and they were hitting on the top of a ebbing east running tide. the blues are there you have to just fan cast for them and really give your popper or tin a lot of action
