Replacing Mercury OB Starter

I just did a 200hp 2002. It took 10 minutes. You'll need to take the rubber rings off the top and bottom of the old starter and put it on the new one before you install it... All you need is some open end wrenches.

shouldn't be hard at all.
the ones on my yamaha's are only three bolts and and two wires.
just shut off the batteries first. the big wire is live all the time.
