Gee...not much different from last season...and the season before that. Once again, I think for the third year in a row this has to demonstrate that the MA DMF has no idea what they are doing and does not understand the economics of fishing and that the rules they inact are brainless.
Now for the rest of the year, MA will import sub 28" fish from other states to support the consumer market demand. You tell me, what is wrong with this picture?
IMO these guys should all be fired and perhaps be brought up on corruption charges.
