Do you guys keep logs? numbers caught?
As soon as I get home I fill out a log, wind, tide , place etc...
How many fish do you have this year?

A little less than half of my numbers are admittedly spring school bass where you get those 30+ fish days.

Sure
I've been keeping a log for four years now. I record seas, temps, lures/bait, number and size. So far this year we've boated 887 fish, albeit many were schoolies when they were running (and hopefully) will be soon.

I started keeping a rough log last year. I keep a decent one with me this year. I write everything up in the truck then transpose the information into an excel spreadsheet so I can sort based on different data I collect (month, tide, wind, time, bait seen, fish caught, etc..). I see patterns occassionally but expect in another season or two to start seeing consistent patterns.

Yes, I keep a log for future ref.
Not to accurate on the number caught though, I usually loose count and just note the biggest ones.

I tried several times an never made it thru a season.
When the log rolls over we'll all be dead.

Just a mental list.
There is a line that fishing becomes more work than fun...
