Bingo! It's the C-Ratt Bah... well, you know what I mean ... It appears that clearing PMs came well after the final rewrite of the Leper Dictionary...
Actually, everybody has been fairly good about cleaning the PMs and even though C-Ratt was the highest (well, err  , after me  ), it hasn't been too bad lately... For that - I say thanks
