Now for the paint?

Now that I am working towards sharpening my tools,,,,,I have to ask about paint. I mostly use enamel and was thinking of using the model paint made by Testor. Its relatively cheap, comes in many colors and you can spray it. Plus my plan is to cover it with that Envirotex stuff. Any thoughts or suggestion.

Just be sure to allow enogh time for the paint to fully cure before covering with epoxy.

Also never put laquer over enamel.

I'm using spray cans of Rust-oleum. I tried using my sprayer but it was too much trouble--I only do two or three at a time and cleaning that thing after every painting session ('bout 30 seconds long!!) is a pain. But there's no question that using a sprayer gives a much better finish than a can. I'm hoping the cows won't mind.
