All Star / Breakaway Rods

[Maine Guide]

Seems as though many of you have a lot of good things to say about the All Star 1208.

I'm not sure I have seen them in any of the tackle shops I have visited.

Can you tell me which shops carry this series?

Somewhere around the Cape perhpaps.

Not sure if they are making the blanks anymore, although I think they are still around. Talk to a custom builder and they can set you up...

The Allstar 1208 and the Batson SU1208 are supposed to be very similar. Both are available as blanks only as far as I know. Both are 1 piece and 10ft long so it makes shipping an issue.

If you are going to travel to the cape, Cape Cod Tackle can probably set you up with one. They are a sponsor here and fabulous to deal with.
