St. Croix Ben Doerr Elite 9’4” Surf Rod – Model #ESS94M
Selling a St. Croix Ben Doerr Elite Surf Rod – the 9’4” model (#ESS94M).
I bought this rod used last year & used it about 5-6 times. While the rod is very nice & casts great I realized that my 9’ St. Croix Avid Surf Rod does just about the same thing as this rod.
The rod is in very good shape. A few of the guides have some slight corrosion on the metal frames.
The rod is made of St. Croix high-modulus SC III Graphite, has a graphite reel seat with titanium hoods, has Pacific Bay Hialoy titanium-plated guides, is one piece, 9’4”, weighs 10.40 ounces, is rated for up to 2 ½ ounce lures, and listed new I believe for around $260.00.
Too long to ship. I’ll meet up in Rhode Island to show & sell the rod.
