jetty blank

Any suggestions on a jetty blank.
I'll be using it on the breachways in RI.
Mostly bucktails in the vicinity of 2oz (one oz absolute lightest) , storms and wood.
Glass
if not glass than composite.
around 9'
2 pc, that'll kill my options i know(dorm)

reel will be convench( abu 7200/7000 or squidder 145)
30lb mono or 65lb braid
may use this rod as a heavy plug rod around the rocks in RI, maybe the 30lb mono on the rocks and 65 braid in the inlets

college student so price is a big issue. under 100 ideally but if there's something good above that please list it anyway. I'll look for a deal.

basically a durable rod capable of handling in good current. Mini canal rod i guess

Right now I see a discontinued amtak glass blank.
a 9' rated to 3oz
and a 10' rated to 4oz. I'd cut 6 off the butt
any experience w/ these?
thx for the help.
