extending the season

Moved base camp from Rhode Island surf to Long Island surf since Wednesday. Cold as heck Thurs-Sat but plenty of fish to be had if your looking to extend the season. Good mix of 15 to 20 lb fish still to be had plus schoolies. Good to be back in my old stomping grounds. By the way did a boat trip on Saturday afternoon in Montauk. All I can say is if the load of fish that is in the rips chowing herring move to the beach the Long Island guys might get a good chance at some quality fish. We should do a Long Island fling sometime, great water down there, beaches, rocks, jetties, bridges.

I hear you on extending the season....

Political involvement is paying off this week as I am leaving for four days on the outer banks wednesday afternoon....

Multiple meetings scheduled around beach buggys...gotta love fishing the winter down south
