Boat mooring

I just bought a sailboat and realized that I have no where to put it in the summer. Anybody have any ideas of marinas with available moorings? This is my first boat that will be on a mooring and have NO IDEA where to start. I'm the only person who has a boat in my familly (have had a whaler for a few years) so I'm kind of on my own here. I'm looking from Hingham south to Plymouth and it is impossible to get anybody to even call me back. Any direction would be much appreciated. Thank you all very much.

Boat mooring

Here is a link that lists some of the local marinas......and gives their websites. Good luck!

boat mooring

I am very very fortunate to have had a mooring on the cape for the past 5 years.....but I have heard from friends who boat on South Shore that Steamboat wharf marina in Hull is doing an expansion this winter - www.steamboatwharfmarina.com. Might be worth checking out. Not sure if they just have slips.

If you want to keep it in Weymouth, Quincy, Hingham call Dave Donoughue at Town River Marine. He can hook you up with everything you need. Do you plan to join a yacht club. I belong to Wessagusett in Weymouth. If you want some info pm me.

thats why they call it fishing not catching
