BTW; I had a mishap with that danny you gave me.. it went in for surgery, and it got an eye transplant... I'll show you when its finished...

Had a 'bright idea' to darken the back and leave the belly; the paint ran bit so I drilled out those eyes, sanded it and will try soemthing different...
next week sometime...

needles
I made one that worked well for me last year so i figgured I'd try some more. I don't know if the picture shows it well but I dusted it with a rattle can of glitter before I epoxied it and it came out really cool.

Bumming out here Eben. Been working on table saw, chop saw, router, planer, joiner, drill press, but have yet to be able to wheel out the lathe  Work is getting in the way of progress. But it's good to have the work! I gonna be in chit if/when TDF, Luds48, Clogston, and Steelhead all make good on their threats to show up in the shop.

This is my first shot at reproducing an oldie.. A jerry Sylvester flaptail. This was 'the plug' back in the 50's in narragansett.
