Why route AFC??

Sox fans, do you route for the NYY in the hope an American league team wins? Its a sick thought I know but had to say it.

Bruins fans, would you ever cheer the Montreal for a cup? I'ld rather die first!

I'ld think Pats and Steelers fans have done some chit talkin over the past few years...so why on earth route AFC. Are real sport fans supposed to do that?? I've never had braggin rights with anyone from the NFC.

Steelers...hate'um,, jets....hate'um,, canadians...DOUBLE Hate'um and the Yanker's.......((((((((*&^%$##@(clammer HATE"UM!!!!)))

I always root for the NFC, except when the Pats are representing the AFC--which means I don't have a team to root for this year. What is it, the third year the Dumpducks have been in the NFC?

Here's my rooting interest--the Steelers are one of the 3 original NFL teams who moved to the AFC to give it balance after the merger (the other two being the Colts and Browns/Ravens). So I go with the Steelers.

i should be routing for the Seahawks seeing how Hasselbeck is from Norfolk and Lofa is from wrentham(played bball against him in high school), but i wanna see the Bus win a Super Bowl, especially in his home town.

Lofa actually beat up one of my friends at a high school hockey game when we played KP. he threw the kid off the hood of someones car if i recall correctly

off topic, but there's a lot of rumblings about how lofa put on so much muscle mass since high school. not saying i believe the rumors because i grew 2 inches and put on a bunch of weight myself(most of which was not muscle ) but if you saw him back then you would be amazed at how much his body has changed..
