Brady coin toss
So let me get this straight Tom Brady is going to do the coin toss in the superbowl, WTF anything to get his mug on TV right So glad it is your QB and not mine. IMO should be a hall of fame guy, so next year it will be Ben R or Matt H right??? I doubt it

I think it's rediculous
but I bet they asked him, and he being a humble guy willing to help out accepted. simple as that.
blame the NFL not Brady
Barry Sanders would have been a good choice
Ben will get his chance in a few years

They are having a bunch of the past Superbowl MVP's at the game and they decided that Brady should be the one that does the Coin Toss....Does everything have to so damn politically correct....its just a friggin coin toss. Be happy that your team is in the Big Dance....instead of searching for something to Biatch about the Pats. My God

TDF gimme a break never in the history of football has an active player tossed the coin, not even an injured one that I recall, I would have rather seen Pat Tillman's parents wife whoever toss the coin but as usual the NFL has it's head so far up the Patriots orginanizations butt they can't get enough air to think straight. I don't watch much TV but how many ads have you seen on TV about the superowl??? I asked my wife last night and she was kind of dumfounded, hmm I wonder why???? Wasn't Brady just on family guy? It's not about the PATS this year they are buying clothes and golfing because they couldn't get it done,Enough with them already!!!

You missed the Point The NFL is having Past Superbowl MVP's, which Brady is one of....twice, come out to do the Coin Toss....They didn't just say Hey Tom what are you doing Sunday, we love you.
The league must have put there Heads up the Pats Butts AFTER the Schedule makers got finished.....cause they didn't do them any favors at that time of the Season.
And I'm not Whining about why the Pats had a tough Schedule...I'm just trying to dispute your "NFL up the Pats Butt" comment.
and please don't make me do an internet search on Past Superbowl Coin tosses...

Geez--if the Giants were in the Super Bowl, they could have freakin' Donovan McNabb do the coin toss for all I'd care. Or even Kerry Collins
Get a grip, man

Coin flip? Who cares, though Sanders would have been superb choice, never can give him enough respect in my book. The real gaff here is the Rolling Stones?!?! In Mowtown???? Didn't we have McCartney just last year? Should have been a Mowtown halftime, period. (no rap though) Hell, Madonna is from Detroit, and they keep bringing in the Brits....

It's too bad many of the original Motowners are either deseased or worn out. Imagine Pre-Game, Anthem, and Halftime with Temptations, Ojays, Harold Melvin & the Bluenotes, Marin Gaye and Gladys Night & the Pips all in thier prime?
