Tajon A friend of mine just replaced a 225 Evinrude with a 200 Suzuki. Fuel consumption is maybe 2/3. The best part is it's so quiet plus a 6 year warranty. I know his old motor was real tired, but the Suzuki seems to have alot more power. I would buy one!!!

The folks I know that have them like them. If there was a dealer near me I would have bought one but it is a hassle so I went Yami.
The tech reviews have been very good. Google around to find them.
(Buy one when they have the 6 or 7 year warranty deal and get some piece of mind)

They are a couple G's cheaper then Yamahas for the same power and have a great power to weight ratio for a 4 stroke.
The older two strokes seem to be pretty reliable too. They smoke a little and don't idle as nice but they run.

I have to have local service or it is a no-go for me.
