wind waves and bass
 got may first cape cod schoolie this a.m.,wind @25 an steady ,tide dropin ..fished w/ sm white creek c. the kids were there ,,,  fish brakes on every 2-3 cast ..small fish 16 to24 in fished for a hour ....its good to see the puppies back, next comes the cows....no squid boats in nantucket sound today, i think too puffy out there...good call steve thanks..  fyi ??i kissed my first bass today and though ,,why the hell do i do this ??? got tons of reasons but my best reason is that i made it another year...damm, it feels good ,no it feels great to be alive 50++ and still kickin hard and chassin bass... i,ve waited 6 months for them...

Squid Boats are everywhere south of the cape
Squid boats are everywhere in the sound man.....
and the big ones are here too!!!!

didnt see any am today only stopped for 1/2 min to peek.was on the fly ....i now its time and the squid boats r out ,but i didnt c um ...ok dude????

Dave - with a 2,500 pound trip limit many of the boats may stay tied tot he dock . . .
I'm on a charter out of Hyannis on Saturday - want some bait

went back to same spot today,,,lite ,rain still windy,white creek chub. it rained hard last night,lots of big puddles on roads..school bass 16 to 22" ...alone again .my guess 1 more week before we see fish over 34" i hope .... didnt check for squid boats....

I luv windy snotty spring bass topwater fishin. Pop against the waves brings out some intense hits.

schoolie in all the waters s-side cape ,bay and rivers etc..squid boats out draggin sm boats too jiggin.looks good this weekend for boat guys....im going to c c canal.this am fishin....i,ll get back 2 u ...

no runs hits or bumps at the canal this am ..some herrin in the run looks like a couple more days only 2 guys at the run this am.....
