A problem with Mike and Cape Cod Tackle

It's too far from my house in NC!!!

Gotta share this story quickly... I have been in the shop once when i was in the area in the fall... I've ordered from them online probably 4 times in the last year and a half....

Today, i received an order in the mail that i placed several days ago for some plug building stuff... In the box were two really nice custom plugs that I knew i hadn't ordered... When I looked on the invoice there was a hand written note that said...

"Enclosed are two plugs you won in a raffle over a year ago here. We have tried to contact you by phone but could not reach you on the number provided.. (my office number has changed).. We just realized that you were the same person we had been trying to reach when we received your recent order.. Enjoy them"...

Folks.. It' don't git no better than that! Great People.. Open a shop in NC!!!!

What a great testament to good, old fashion honesty and customer service. We need more of that in the world today. Go Mike!

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.
