What is this sea creature?

I snagged this on the bottom tog fishing.... I have never seen one before and was a little scared to even touch it...

Anyone?

I bet there is some pissed of seal out in the Bay, looks like he got castrated. Try eating them, could be the NBay version of Rocky mountian oysters

Anthony...If you have whatever it was in Alchol or water you might consider taking it to U. R. I. Marine Lab. They might help in identification.
