Yesterdays Tuna
What an awesome day on the bank. Luckily work cancelled an important meeting so I got out with my son and my buddy.Flat calm seas and NO OTHERS BOATS !!! Didn't get to the spot until after 10am, first fish was on the boat 5 mins into the day.
It was nearly non-stop for the rest of the day. Fish were breaking all over and right next to the boat, crashing the rigs over and over. We must have had close to 2 dozen hits and we boated 10 fish. 9 released healthy and wiser. End of the day we got the 8th fish and I said lets head back trolling and if no hits we pack up and zip home.
Then a huge school came up in front of us and 1 minute later they were exploding all our rigs. We had 3 out and all were getting wacked. Tow hooked up and I pulled the third out as quick as I could. My son and buddy fought those two, I unhooked and released them and we blasted home. My son was smiling for hours.

BIG and BLACK with a bright multi-colored stinger..All three rigs were close to the same. Since we were catching we didn't change or try anything different.
