Beautiful Outer Banks Home!
If anyone is thinking about a retirement move down south or maybe a 2nd vacation home my Dad has completed building this home and it is now up for sale at great price. The house is located in a gated community of homes priced $650k and up. There is a boat slip included as well as a private boat ramp, sandy beach and a fishing dock that is roughly 250' out. You are a 5 minute boat run to what is called the Manns Harbor Bridge which holds stripers year round and 30 mins to Oregon Inlet where you are 25-35 miles to year round gulf stream action.

Your dad does nice work.
How much is home insurance down there?
My folks have a place on the intercostal on the west coast of FLA, but they're selling now, because the ins. is about equal to their mortgage.

I would venture to guess insurance is pretty close to $2,300 annually including a flood policy. Property taxes are about $2,500.00 per year.
