Well, not the killing turkeys part. But the gloating advertisement is pretty rude.

The person shooting the arrow is a great shot. Seeing a turkey shot with a shotgun is disgusting sometimes the way the bird flops all over the place. Getting your head chopped off is supposed to be the least painful way to die. Spence how many fish do you suffocate after catching by letting them lay on the ground out of water?

The guy is a great shot for sure. Hard enough hitting them in the head using a shotgun. Never mind a single arrow.

i really know nothing about turkey hunting, but i must say if there was ever a humane way to kill a turkey bow hunting, this is the way to do it- yes the video is cheesy, but those arrows are cool

If you have no problem with killing turkeys how can or why do you consider the video disgusting. In a turkey factory they are put in water an electrocuted.

I think the marketing message is off putting. It's not like they're proclaiming it's a more effective kill, it's all about the spectacle!

The marketing ploy and product has a very narrow audience on Outdoor Life network and the other station that shows nothing but hunting. For several years they wouldn't show impact shots. Now they all do. They do not show the last throws of death though like the writhing on the ground still, but thats coming I'm sure.

i checked those out at my local store.
most people won't give them a try unless they know they are good shots, because those decapitators are very expensive. when those things hit dirt instead of a gobbler or hen, you've just ruined them.
having said that, decapitation is probably the most humane (quick) way of taking game this side of lethal injection.
