Skillet

Week 2!!

Alright, so let's try some new stuff, this is a relatively new band - been around since 2003-ish. I recently just bought their newest cd. And it's one of those cds where you listen to it, and love every song!

So, I hope yall like them. This music is by Skillet from their cd Comatose.

Those Nights -

*The majority of these songs are unreleased, hence why some of them aren't live or in a music video*

I like to stay open minded about music . The first 2 songs that shows the band I thought the person creating thier image should be shot out of a cannon . Modern version of Glamrock ? I duno .. also thought the first 2 cuts were very studio enhanced.. makes me wonder if they could have a good sound live .. Then I got turned around a little .. Liked the "Looking for Angels" thing .. I can dig that vibe .. "Older I Get" I can relate too .. liked that .. and the last one ... "Those Nights ".. Video is cool .. Bands ok .. can't imagine any of it being remembered 20 yrs. from now .. could be wrong .. time will tell .. oke:

I agree 100% about the person with the image.. i've listened to some of their stuff live, and acoustic, and it sounds pretty good, i'll have to find the link. it probably won't be remembered 20 years from now, except by the fan of them right now.. thats how i look at it.. i normally don't listen to christian rock, but i heard this stuff, and like i said, the song Older I Get just sold me.
