Work with me here, I'm thinking 100's of these, a little larger and baited with entitlements, all along the US border. Problem solved!

Or at least I have to build something similar.
Supposed to remove critters to an alternative home? Right?
I can avoid the .22 option that way.

it worked good
but it will only work once because they are to smart
to get into that catapult a second time.

it would be much more effective if the critter
was hurled into a lake.

they hate water.... i soak them and release them

That is funny. I should rig one up, but with my luck the squirrel would end up going thropugh a neighbors window.

Bet we could market this at MSBA show.

My Sheridan does a good job - 5 pumps and gonzo.
