Cleaning Oil from deck

I could use some help. My 7 year old stepped in some oil and walked around on the non-skid deck of my boat.

I have tried Star-Brite deck cleaner and it did nothing for the oily footprints. Any suggestions on how I can remove the footprints?

I use ZEP industrial engine degreaser, along with the commercial fishermen at our dock. $6.99 a gal. at Home Depot.

I'm not too familiar with that type of surface, but I do alot of greasy work in my garage and am always amazed at how well plain old "Dawn" dish detergent cleans different things I have gotten dirty. They have actually used it to clean wildlife after oil spills.
