Insane fishing

The mid bay was on fire the last 2 days. Sun. was a pretty good day with lots of cookie cutter 25" fish. Today the sun finally came out, allthough I was out before it. Had about 3 hours of the same fish before the wind got too strong and blew me off the bay. Went home took a nap and 2 hours later the wind died. Back in the boat and this time it was better fish. The whole drop was 30-32" fish on allmost every cast with the fly. When my arms wore out from dragging them in I grabbed the jigging rod and guess what, the slobs were on the bottom. The last couple of hours before dark I had 15 fish between 15 and 20 lbs. What a spectacula day, truely one for the books! The fish were slashing little bait on top, a 3" clouser was the fly de jour. But the cows like a 2oz Spro with a Sluggo tail!
