Thought and prayers
Hey Fishermen and Fisherwomen:
Asking for your thoughts and prayers tonight. My dad passed away after a 10 year struggle with Alzheimers at age 80. He was a teacher and coach and guidance counselor in the Brockton Schools for 38 years. A real good guy.....taught all 6 of us (girls too) to throw a ball, change a tire and the oil, dig for clams, vote early and often and respect nature and all living things. We will miss him but we know he is in a better place...

words won,t ease the pain ;; soooooooo I,m not going to try . but by your words ,your family loss a great man ;; as hard as it is now / but some better later ..........>>>> remember the words you have said to nite & simmer in those memories / cherished then & they {he] will continue to help you thru the rest of your lives // you,ll even find times that you all will laugh /when remembering something special that happened with [[DAD] /. that,s not disrespect >> it is actually the best form of comfort for your family & honoring him at the same time ;;
Remember the good times >>>> there are many of us that can,t write the words you wrote because it never happened ;;
next time you go clamming . let the 1st one slide back in for him ::;
Peace MIKe

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. No matter how old you are loosing a parent hurts and is devastating. Remember the good times, the quirky moments that you all had and it wil help you get through the tough days ahead. Hang in there kid. I'll keep you guys in my thoughts as well.

I'm sorry for your loss M.E.
your Dad sounds like he was a very well liked personality
during his whole life and what a great profession he chose.
I'm sure by how you've described him that he was a very
good influence on many generations....and even though
your deeply hurt by his passing you should also be
extremely proud...
god bless you and your family.

My father also had Alzheimers and passed away in May. I also believe he is in a much better place. He, as does yours certainly deserved it. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
