John cut it off put a hook in it and see what happens, on a lighter note I feel your pain keep it elevated it's fun to see how many colors it will change, it's funny how much you need your pinky toe& also AAA do not toe a broken toe only ones with holes in them there considerded FLAT toes

Having been on the Iowa State Karate team, I can advise you to just tape it to the next toe and get to fishing...we jammed toes all the time as we trained on wrestling mats.

John - wade in barefoot. Beats the hell out of ice! Use the ice on two fingers of single malt and the toe will be fine.

Numbskull is out there in the dark on a rock tonight and I couldn't go cause the big toe is still hurting. Four weeks ago tomorrow. 3 breaks and one large chunk gone. The good news is the hole is closed up, the bad news is that the toenail is about to say sayonara.
|
Why even try.........

It is purple now and oddly enough looks like a miniature NFL football at the moment... Granted its not a flat but it was driving my braille and now the frame looks bent with lots of "toe out" better get Maaco

Jenn once moved the hall-tree from the front door to the back door just outside the bathroom. During one late night -early morning piddle run, I tried to kick it across the kitchen. Crushed my little toe, was like a little bag of gravel. I limped upstairs after chokeing back a scream. As I climbed back into bed she said, "Ya know, I just knew you'd do that..." To this day I wonder if she did it on purpose, but I don't dare ask.

Injured reserve time/time on bench
Thats the only thing that bothers me about getting older. I am not slowing down but the injuires do take so much more time to heal.

John, fear not. Fishing, just tape it to the next one. The real hurt is going to be trying to stuff that now deep purple toe back into some type of shoe. Best wishes. Been there many times. One thing, you mentioned it crooked? You might want to tweak it back to it's original look before it heals too much. Hope I helped.
