going to the cape all next week

yea i'm going camping down there and i need some new spots. sorry to sound desprit but i am. my spots havnt brought up anything all year long.....i need new places!!!

Fishing is tough now unless you're in the right place at the right time. Focus on Sunset / Sunrise (before the sun inches over the horizon) with lighter lures / storms. Cast in a fan pattern looking for fish, then walk a bit, fan cast, walk, keep doing until you find fish

I'm not familiar with the upper cape...I hear you can catch some big fish in the canal but you have to play the slack tides. The tackle shops down there have the tide charts for the differant parts of the canal and probably some helpful hints...
