After all is said and done Team Ave Maria did pretty good. For those that do not know us.....we took 6th & 10th place Bass (Bass Master & Chubsdad)...along with 1st, 7th, 9th & 10th Blue (Rob from Abington Glass, Basic Patrick,Chubsdad & Bass MAster)

Not too shabby for a group of guys trying to run a Tournament, Fish a Tournament & play escort to the overnight Triathalon Kayak people.....

Team Rock On did well also taking 1st Bass, 8th Blue, 2nd Jr. Bass, & 1st Jr. Blue

So Ok how did Team Looney end up...let us all know

The real winners were Team Shriners Hospital for Children and MSBA

We had fun in the slick...I better go buy some new hooks

Yeah...I know I weighed in a 9.9 lb. Blue, and it's there as a 9.56...I thought the problems had been ironed out.

Get in touch with Mike - the tournament coordinator either by phone (on the tournament flyer) or by email or PM on this site - he will get this ironed out.

After getting beat up something awful on Saturday, our efforts paid off with a couple of nice fish. My buddies fish (right side) was just under the last place 20#er. Mine made it to 12th place.

But, win or lose it was a great event. we all had fun despite problems that some us experienced. (you know who you are).

Here is pic of a couple of really tired guys. I didn't take any pics of the blues, but I would guess we caught over 30 of em'.

I know I lost one well into the teens, OH WELL..

this is an apoligy, i guess i need to either have my eyes and or head examined. apparently the blue i weighed in was only 8 lbs., for some reason unknown to me i saw 9.whatever lbs., must have been the pressure of the tourney. I apoligise for wriling any feathers.
i do want to thank mike B for a very quick response in clearing up any issues i may have had. It was a fun tourny and a very worthwhile cause. i can't wait for the next one.

Kevin Savage is Kevin from Team Rock On, eh? That would mean that he placed in the top 3 and will be awarded some prizes from S-B too, eh?

Kevin, I 'll see what the goodi bag brings up over this weekend....
