A man in the motorboat, identified as Manny Silva, 45, of 13 Clifton Ave., Salem, suffered bite marks, reported the Salem Evening News.

Maybe we need to include the skippers of Pontoon boats in the Pit Bull / Rotweiler ban.
The beatings will continue until morale improves
