Convicted Murderer On Parole?
Guy is being hunted in Mattapoisett for parole violation! He is a convicted murderer???? Can someone explain to me how a convicted murderer is on parole????  |

The only people who aren't eligible for parole in Mass. are people convicted of first degree (premeditated) murder. Those convicted of second degree murder can get parole, just like any other felon.

Caught today in Marion,Ma MY Buds G-friend is a Bourne cop & my wife is involved with the Senior centers in Mattipoisett/ Marion/ Rochester/ achusnet all seniors were notified through 911 if regestired of all police activity , the Q TIPS were worried
why waist the time and tax payers $$$$$$$$$$$$ do the crime and punishment due , way to many plee aggrements lets do what they do in other countrys NIP IT IN THE BUD & maybe people will smarten up OUR Prisons are Gang controled and its just manage the
inmates do your job hopfully, and the incarcerated say Manage your time do or die for habitual offenders
How about the kid that stole a loaf of bread and got his hands run over by a truck in Afganistan if this happened here and justice was served do I need to say more

Life for second degree murder means you served about 12 1/2 years. There are some first degree murderers that get parole..........
