Stolen Stealth Cam

Someone stole my brother's trail cam from behind my in-laws house. I put it up for him last week. I checked it 4 days ago and it was there. I went out today and it was gone. It had a cable and lock on it. Just a 100 yrds from the house and on the edge of a 1,000 acres of woods. If any one sees a Stealth Cam I 450 http://www.stealthcam.net/HTML/digicam_prods.html for sale cheap let me know. Followed some foot prints that went by the tree today but can't be sure if it was stolen after the snow. I would think they would have had to come to the camera twice since who carries something to cut a Master Lock?

My brother also had his riped off this year and I had mine taken last year, theres a slim chance he'll ever know who took it. With mine I had it set it up looking down over a trail and i had seen a pieblad in the area... I was hopeing the guy would brag about it and I'ld bust'um in one of the local shops or some hunters word would get around...no such luck.

Set up two, one for deer and one for thieves.

Lost a lock on tree stand a few years back. Took stand, climbers, and left the safety strap up in the tree.

Wtf. I don't get how someone who is an outdoorsman can be a thief at the same time. I wouldn't dare take someones stuff be it plugs or hunting related. Worst part is it has to be someone local as there are never any cars in the area.
Goose, were yours locked as well?

Thanks Backbeach. I never heard the term before. How did it come about? "white deer" seems a lot clearer. My son knows someone that shot one in Pa. years ago. Unknown to this hunter, that deer was somewhat of a local celebrity and an "untouchable". Needless to say his death didn't go over very well. "Quick --- lets pack up and get out of Dodge City before the posse gets here!!!!

Piebald are not all white, they have large patches of white/brown, piebald differ from albino deer. Piebald is caused by interbreeding.
