happy holidays,
i asked my wife to defer my christmas stuff until the fishing shows but still there was a fathead swimmer and a dastardly danny hangin like ornaments from the tree. she's a good girl i think i'll keep her.

Mikey got me all kindza ice fishin stuff.
My girl got me some really funny stuff. An old full size Topps Jaws poster, framed Gang Green print, etc.
Overall it was pretty sweet.

Wife got me a VS250, some clothes, video games, and a real nice set of body hamers, inlaws got my hotrod sandblasted and some other car parts.

a big goose egg for me... told wife to just spend on the kid...
wife gots a little surprise from the boy...
Boy got spoiled as usual.... and it ain't over... Yet.....

BTW i hate Chinese toys(small parts, lots of tape, research for lead paint and asbestos and some serious wire ties.... And Canadians are only making sleds this year... LOL....

Best part was watching my son give my wife his present to her, he wrote her a poem and had it framed......made her all teary eyed....made me proud.

father in law got us a 42" sharp aquos flat screen as a combo x-mas gift / thank you for some stuff we've done for him which is great (i can't stop watching TV now)

wife got me a blue ray and some movies, also great

korker boots with the interchangable bottoms from my mom

lots of nice small stuff too

made out pretty good

My lil sis and my mom chipped in to get me the jet mini lathe. My wife got me a new Aquaskinz Phantom dry top. Brother in law got me a 100$ gift certificate to the edge. And parent in laws got me the 60lb boca grip. Even my sister in law got me some good stuff including a bunch hooks for rigging sluggos, and my favorite gibbs pencil(parrot). Damn I made out good this x-mas!!! Good to have a wife who is "in the know".

My wife managed to not buy a single thing that was on my list... and only bought one thing that I mentioned in passing.

I got a coffee pot. Thats about it
Oh and the Slash biography. That was a nice surprise.

However, I DID get a bunch of amex gift cards.. I went to Bass Pro yesterday and got a nice 11' ultralight pole for trout and panfish. I got a reel to go with it and I replaced my 6' uglystick for light salt.

Today I am hitting up the mall to grab a SDCard for my blackberry so I can use it to play music/video. Also need some headphones, and a USB drive.
