BASSMASTER- HELP! - - TackleMaking - Check your PM's

BM,

Could I borrow that plug you showed me at the herring run as a model to copy? I'll get it back to you quickly. Or could you post a picture? Maybe that will be enough.

I've never used anything like that, and the way it swam was hypnotic!

Thanks, buddy.

TackleMaking,
I am looking to buy some plug blanks and lips, if possible. Looking for:
1) BIG popper body (8-12")
2) Big surface swimmer. Lazy, rolling, side-to side action. Would like it with the lip attached correctly so I can copy proper technique.

Thanks.

TH

Good fishing to you!

Giant poppers work well on the Susky Flats for striper. A lot of the guys drill a hole through the top of the cup, so it shoots water like a Jetski. Looks ridiculous, but boy, do they work.

Harsh! Ask me how I feel right now?

Totally rejected.

Fine, I'll stick to plastics. I don't need no stinkin' plugs anyway.

Good fishing to you!
