IF yesterday was in late may/june im sure the fishing woulda been nuts. I drove down to the water just to think about it. The wind and rain, reminded me of a great day last year. I even took a few casts with the new rod to shake a few cobwebs. Everything was perfect except the water temps.

Was thinking the same thing . Had one of my best days in october
with high winds. If this weekend was october I would be on the water not on the computer.

I hear ya. I've learned patience this year for sure. I know it will be here soon enough, it'll go by to quickly, then.
