its funny, for the past 4 years i thought basketball was a dying sport. Games were boring and uninteresting.
Two factors have changed my mind... Winning, and having exciting players to watch.
This is a great team and I am thoroughly enjoying this year.
my girlfriend...............is not

You might be better off if you shoot the Owner and the President of Basketball Ops/Head Coach. The team improves instantly and you get to be around to fish the fall run.

They're good but they won't win 70 this year....I'd be willing to wager a brand new plug with you that they don't win 70 this season.
A nice Afterhours or Bigfish plug of your choice.... ...I'll even give you 2-1 odds on it

Sorry Lu. Sort of like being a B. Bruins fan. It is a real shame that a place like NYC where B ball is such a major neighborhood past time has not had a decent team in sooooo long. Spent plenty of cash just buying the wrong stuff. Like stated above got to get rid of the front office.

Where has this thread been for the past 3 weeks. I saw them play Cavs right after the Ben Wallace & Sczerbiak trade, saw Pauly P. in the flesh. They have been spankin the competition.

mathematically impossible since there's only 14 games left and they have 55 wins
they are on a roll and getting better
it's gonna be a great season if they win it all after being at the bottom last season and not even getting the number one draft pick.
Last night was good to see when the offense is not clicking, the defense can pull off a win on the road, and that Ray Allen 3 at the end of the 4th was perfect timing on his part once again.
Doc has all the pieces this season and Garnett is riding this and working harder than ever before, his intensity is fun to watch.
I truly believe they will hang number 17 in the rafters.
They need 2 more wins against both New Orleans and a win against the Suns next week to have run the table on wins against every team at least once

They're killing the Western Conference. There's a lot to be excited about.

Well done, Kevin!
"Dare I" was more to see who was doing the math, or not .
Even 65 won't matter if they don't get it done in the Playoffs.
What an incredible run they are having against the Left Coast!!!
The two teams i fear the most are Utah and Detroit. it seems as though we've figured out the Pistons, but we ALL know that during the Playoffs the "would be Champs" must be able to take thier PLAY to a higher level and the team from the Motor City has been there before. the combination of Boozer and Williams has the C's guessing, imho, at least for now.
at this juncture, i feel that the NBA Finals will take place between Detroit and Boston with the winner in The East being able to handle, decisively, the mediocrity that will be The 'beaten and battered' West when the regular season is over with.
don't get me wrong, there are some good teams out there ~just not great teams on BOTH sides of the floor. the addition of Casell has been huge and who knew that this bench would PLAY so deeply? with Rondo and Perk being the most pleasant surprises, to me
The impact and presence that Garnett has made upon this team is phenominal and should be rewarded!
Although i think that KG's goals are team oriented and focus themselves on a Ring for his finger
and a Banner for The Garden, does anybody else see

Tough game last nite. They looked tired in the 2nd half and at the end of this road trip. R.Rondo impresses me every time I watch him and took it to Chris Paul last nite. We will get them in Boston soon.

The western conference has been the biggest question. Everyone seems to think the C's don't have a chance in the west. Especially when it comes to a series. If KG is healthy, its gonna be fun to watch.
