I purchased a couple of rigged Boone 12" birds from them last week. The day after I received them, I went tuna fishing, and ran the birds in front of squid bars. As soon as the second bird was set out, it came undone (along with the squid bar) and sank into the deep blue.
After reeling in the line, the 200lb swivel was still closed, so I assume that whoever rigged that particular bird forgot to crimp the sleeve.
When I called Keith at Alltackle, I expected him to say "that's too bad" (after all, he had no proof of what happened other than my word). Instead, he said he would mail me out a new bird. It's great to deal with companies like that, and I will certainly buy all my offshore tackle from them in the future.
Gotta love great customer service...
